We want you to be happy with your purchase from Oldmanism. If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right.

In most cases, customers do not need to return items for issues covered by our free exchange policy. We provide free exchanges or refunds for items that are defective, printed incorrectly, shipped in error, or not as described. We do not offer free exchanges or refunds for products delivered as described and without defects if you simply change your mind.
1. Order Processing Policy
Can I make changes or edits to my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be sent to our printing and production facility and cannot be changed due to automated processes. Oldmanism cannot support order cancellations once production is complete.
2. Orders in Production
Delayed Production Orders
Over 95% of our orders are completed within the stated production time. If your order exceeds the committed production time by more than 10 working days, please contact us at cs@oldmanism.com for assistance.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Tracking shows successful delivery, but you have not received your package
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) for assistance, including GPS location information of the delivery. We will help facilitate communication with the carrier where possible.
No new tracking updates for an extended period
We will process refunds or reprints under the following conditions:

For Standard Shipping, if tracking stops updating for 10 working days, or

If the order is not delivered within 21 working days from the shipping date.
Order delivered to the wrong address
If an order is delivered to an address different from the one provided by the customer, we will process a refund or reprint according to the customer’s request.
Unsuccessful delivery and returned to sender
We cannot provide reprints or refunds for returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Common reasons include missing apartment numbers, entry codes, or recipient-related issues such as “Vacant,” “Addressee Unknown,” or “Refused.”
If the address is accurate and valid, but the reason for return cannot be determined, we will process a refund or reprint.
Carrier confirms order loss
If the shipping carrier confirms that your order is lost, we will issue a refund or reprint.
4. Product-Related Issues
Product does not match the order or is defective
If you receive a product that does not match your order or has defects, we will process a refund or reprint.
Missing items in shipment
If your order arrives missing items, we will resend the missing items.
Quality issues with the received product
If your product has quality issues such as blurry or faded prints, we will process a refund or reprint.
For all product-related issues:

Contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We do not permit modifications to orders when processing reprints.
5. Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to request a return and place a separate order for the new item. Once the return is accepted, we will process it according to the conditions above.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Force Majeure
Our refund policy does not apply to orders affected by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes. We will notify customers if such situations occur.
