ill-be-in-the-backyard-vintage-sweatshirt
"I'll Be In The Backyard" Vintage Sweatshirt

The driveway was where the leaf bags lined up every October. By late afternoon, the rake leaned against the trash can and the bags made it to the curb. There were always more oak leaves waiting out back. Those could wait until morning. That is the idea behind it.

The line works because “backyard” is where the chores end and the sitting starts. Anyone who has filled enough leaf bags reads it and nods. It is not a lecture about slowing down or a complaint about getting older.

Warm enough for the last leaves: The 50/50 cotton-polyester fleece blend is warm and soft.
